“ I loved this place. We came to have dinner on Tuesday and it was spectacular. The restaurant was pretty much empty and the service was fantastic. Quality of the food was absolutely delicious. The Noches Wings and Mini Empanadas were absolutely amazing. We would come back just for that. I had the Pechuga Marinera, and it was probably the best food I had in a long while. My wife had the Crunchy Arepa Con Pollo. Also very delicious. The server Juan was excellent, he had to explain the menu to us as we don’t understand Spanish and did a wonderful job. ”
“ 11/9/2024 —4pm is —Off we went on our MSC cruise out of Brooklyn – same as last year because, honestly, why not? No flights, no hassle. This time, we decided to spend the night at the Marriott in Stamford, Connecticut (found a great deal!). Along the way, I thought it'd be fun to stop at a Colombian restaurant. My husband, though, insisted we wait until we reached the hotel. And thank goodness I listened! We stumbled upon Las Noches de Colombia. Easy parking right out front – score! The entrance was full of character: there were neon lights and stairs leading down to what looked like a salsa club basement. I figured they probably throw some lively salsa nights down there, I really don’t know . On the right as you walk in, you’re greeted by a pastry counter that tempts you to dive right in. But I held off – saving room for the main event! One thing about my Colombian parceros: they know how to treat a client. It’s a hallmark of theirs. I’ve been to many places and countries, and whenever I find a Colombian restaurant, I know I’ll be treated right. Our waiter, Juan, was the friendliest. I asked for my coffee half-and-half (half coffee, half milk) because they didn't have decaf. He nailed it, and my husband, who’s super picky about coffee, was impressed too. He ordered shrimp with plantains, which was amazing, and my "El Paisita" was excellent as well. The restaurant itself was spacious, and even the bathroom had flair – colorful doors and dimmed lights. Salsa music was playing, so naturally, I did a quick two-second dance move. Briefly, it felt like a mini nightclub! As we ate, "Lloraras" by Oscar de Leon came on. I told my husband about the school bus back in high school that used to blast salsa like it was a party bus. I was more into reggae back then, so salsa drove me crazy. But now? I’ve come to appreciate it! Highly recommend Las Noches de Colombia. The place is lively, with colorful wall art and TVs. Already saved it on Google Maps for next time I’m nearby. It’s super convenient, right off the highway. ”
“ Wonderful authentic Colombian food! Coming from NYC, this is a new favorite. The service was phenomenal and we enjoyed every plate we ordered. Must come here and enjoy the Paisa plate. The drinks were also excellent! ”
“ Food is excellent and are everything! Highly recommend. ”
“ The restaurant is really beautiful and the food is really good. The waiter Marcela is excellent, she explained the menu to us really well and she always is checking on us. She is very friendly and even if the place was full she always had time for us with a big smile on her face. She gave us an excellent service. ”
“ What an amazing lunch we had. I cannot wait to come again for dinner. To say the food was delicious is an understatement. The guacamole and chips were to die for. It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean and bright with upbeat music. The staff were just as awesome! Frank, made the recommendations and did not disappoint. I will definitely be a repeat costumer. ”
“ Yineth is the best bartender I’ve had since I moved here I absolutely love her! She is so attentive, she can make me laugh, we practice our Spanish/English . I always come back just for her. The food is sooooooo delicious! Always a good vibe !! ”
“ Been here a few times (Stamford CT location only) and the atmosphere does not disappoint. It is very lively on the weekends. The service is good. The food is incredible. Literally anything you get.. will be delicious. Same with the sangrias, but be careful cuz they don’t play around Great spot!! A little on the expensive side but it’s worth it. ”
